The Allan Brooks Nature Centre is open Tuesday–Sunday (Closed Monday)
from 9 am to 4 pm from May 1 to Thanksgiving.

About the video artists: Personal: We are a family who has been living in Vernon for 11 years. As we came from Vancouver, we appreciate the bounty that Vernon offers and hope to work to keep our little city the jem that it is.

Description of Video: Our video is legend about how marmots appearance became distinguished for our eyes to see.We had trouble filming the marmots due to there hibernation that\'s starts at the end of July and early August. We had the pleasure of having a story told by one of our locals.We would like to thank you for giving us this opportunity.
